What is this about?

We're seeking use and hazard information on chemicals that we believe are low concern and don't require further regulatory controls to manage risks to human health.

We've published these chemicals in our draft evaluation statement that is open for public comment:

  • If you or your business are using any of the chemicals in an exposure category that is different to what we have described in our evaluation statement.
