What this consultation is about

We are seeking your feedback on our draft Cost Recovery Implementation Statement (CRIS) which provides information on how we will implement cost recovery for regulatory activities in 2021-22. The draft CRIS includes details about:

  • Government cost recovery policy
  • how regulatory charging has been developed
  • proposed fees and charges to be applied from 1 July 2021
  • the outcome of the review of AICIS charging arrangements
