Draft evaluations open for comments until 28 March 2022

We have completed 10 draft evaluations covering 1,417 industrial chemicals that:

• we identified as possibly posing a risk to human health and/or the environment
• are unlikely to require further regulation in Australia to manage environmental risks
• are not considered for in depth evaluation because they are not commercially active in Australia

We're seeking your comments on any of these draft evaluations. 

These evaluations were completed under Section 75 of the Industrial Chemicals Act 2019.
