The Executive Director has initiated the following evaluations under Section 74 of the Industrial Chemicals (IC) Act 2019, to assess the potential human health and environment risks associated with the use of industrial chemicals. These evaluations have been selected based on information that is collected when conducting our Evaluation Selection Analysis (ESA) process.

Have your say

Visit our consultation page to view the evaluations (listed below) and submit any comments

Please provide any information which you consider has the potential to materially affect the outcome of the evaluation. This may be exposure, hazard or other information. All claims must be supported by evidence and the relevance of submitted information should be highlighted.

To help finalise these evaluations we would appreciate you providing your comments and information by close of the public consultation process, 25 June 2021.
