You should submit this form if you're importing or manufacturing a chemical in Australia and the Inventory terms of listing for that chemical has specific information requirements. Completing this form helps you to meet your specific information requirements as an introducer.

Chemical identity

This is the Chemical Abstracts Service (CAS) registered number for the chemical.

You need to look for the reports to determine if you have specific information requirements for your introduction.

Chemical use, volume and hazard information

Select how much of your chemical will be manufactured or imported into Australia per year.
For example, 1%, 50%. If importing for the purpose of reformulating in Australia, give both the import concentration and end-product concentration.
