Submit this form to tell us about your importation or manufacture (introduction) of a chemical. Completing this form helps you to meet your specific information requirements as an introducer.

Who should submit this form?

If you're importing or manufacturing a chemical in Australia that has specific information requirements and any of the following applies:

  • you read our assessment report and your circumstances require you to provide information
  • you found our report but you're unsure what to do next
  • you can't find our report for the chemical
This is the Chemical Abstracts Service (CAS) registered number for the chemical.
Select how much of your chemical will be manufactured or imported into Australia per year.
For example, 1%, 50%. If importing for the purpose of reformulating in Australia, give both the import concentration and end-product concentration.
