Forgot my username and password
You must reset your password every 3 months.
Passwords expire every 3 months as required by the Department of Health's IT security policy.
Your new password must be different to your last 8 passwords.
Your password may not contain your account name or more than two consecutive characters of your full name.
Your password must contain characters from 3 of the following 4 categories:
- English uppercase characters (A through Z)
- English lowercase characters (A through Z)
- Numbers (0 through 9)
- Non-alphabetic characters (for example, !, $, #, %)
- Your password must be a minimum of 10 characters
- Your password can only be changed once per day
Forgotten or expired password?
Step 1: Go to AICIS Business Services and select ‘Forgotten your password?’
Step 2: Make sure there are no blank spaces before or after you enter your username. Click on ‘Reset password’ to submit your request.
Step 3: We'll email you instructions to reset your password. This can take up to 30 minutes.
Step 4: Click on the link in the email to go to the password reset page at AICIS Business Services.
Step 5: Enter your new password, click ‘confirm’ and then ‘submit’.
Step 6: You will see a message confirming that your password has been changed.
