Flavour blend introduction

an introduction of an industrial chemical is a flavour blend introduction if: 

• the industrial chemical is introduced as part of a flavour blend; and
• the introduction is either of the flavour blend on its own or of the flavour blend in combination with one or more other industrial chemicals.
