What is this about?

We invite public comment on 18 draft evaluation statements which provide safety information about the use, import or manufacture of industrial chemicals.

This consultation is open until Thursday 29 May 2025 11.59pm AEST.

Note: the draft evaluation statements for 1-butanone, 2-(dimethylamino)-2-[(4-methylphenyl)methyl]-1-[4-(4-morpholinyl)phenyl]- (EVA00159) and 2-butanone oxime (MEKO)-releasing silanes (EVA00181) propose Inventory listing variations under Section 86 of the Industrial Chemicals Act 2019.
