No changes to AICIS charges for 2025–26

There are no changes to AICIS fees and levies for 2025–26. Existing registration levies and introduction value thresholds for each registration level continue unchanged for the 2025–26 registration year starting 1 September 2025 – read more in the 2025–26 AICIS Cost Recovery Implementation Statement (CRIS).

The CRIS outlines how our fees and charges align with the Australian Government’s Cost Recovery Framework and provides transparency on how we recover the costs of our regulatory activities.

If your business is currently registered, we’ll notify you soon with details about renewing your registration for 2025–26. You must be registered with AICIS before introducing industrial chemicals in Australia.
