Help us make the AICIS website easier to use

We're researching how people use our website and where we can improve it

Whether you're new to AICIS or use the website regularly, we'd like to hear about your experiences. Your feedback can help us improve the information and guidance we provide on industrialchemicals.gov.au.

What's involved?

We're inviting people to complete a brief survey about their experience using the AICIS website. The survey takes around 5 to 10 minutes and asks about your access needs, finding information, and using guidance on the website.

At the end of the survey, you can register your interest in future voluntary research activities, such as participation in online and website testing sessions with our research team. We'll only contact you if you choose to register your interest.

• how people work out whether AICIS requirements apply to them and what they need to do
• how people find information and guidance on industrialchemicals.gov.au
• where people experience challenges
• how the AICIS website can better support them.

We'll use what we learn to develop and test design ideas that will make it easier for everyone to get the information and guidance they’re looking for.
