Pre-introduction reports

for an industrial chemical, means a report for the industrial chemical prepared and given to the Executive Director in accordance with section 97 of the Act, including such a report as varied in accordance with section 98 of the Act.

This is a once-off report that all industrial chemical importers or manufacturers must submit for chemical introductions that are authorised under our reported category.
